Hummingbird House is a private, five-acre estate located in the scenic hills near Templeton, in the heart of Central Coast wine and horse country.  
 

 
When we host your event, our intent is to provide you with a uniquely beautiful private setting for your special occasion.
 

Private and exclusive use of our venue on your scheduled day allows you great flexibility to plan and organize your event according to your individual vision.
 

The grounds of the estate provide a magical outdoor setting that is equally suitable for a small and intimate event or a stately formal affair.  Whether you anticipate 50 or 350 guests, the grounds provide a spectacular natural setting for any elegant occasion.
 

Guest Cottage Suites, Bridal Dressing Room, Travertine dance floor, Caterer's Kitchen and BBQ, and Ample Parking are all available.
