Owner and Executive Chef Matthew Riley opened
Matthew's at the Airport
in December, 2003
Located in the newly built terminal of the Paso Robles Municipal
Airport.
Matthew has brought his years of
experience and love for cooking to fulfill a dream of opening his
own restaurant here in Paso Robles.

The dining room, overlooking the airport's runway and
the distant oak studded rolling hills, showcases an upscale yet
casual atmosphere.
The full bar and deli, separate from the restaurant, offer a light
fare and prepared picnic baskets to take on the wine trail for
visitors embarking on trips to the wineries in the surrounding hills
and valleys.

Entrees range in price from $12.50 to $45.00 with a
wonderful wine list to choose from as well as the full service bar.

Crab Cakes
Three seared Dungeness crab cakes on a bed of mesclun greens,
drizzled with tarragon cream sauce
Vegetable Terrine
Layers of seasonal vegetables, sliced and molded, served on
mesclun greens, dressed with apple thyme vinaigrette black olives,
sliced red onions and leek sauce

Sage rubbed breast of house-roasted turkey served on olive
foccacia bread with cranberry mayonnaise, alfalfa sprouts, tomato
and red onion, accompanied by a wedge of Smokey Fontina cheese

pinot noir salmon with crème fraiche. Garnishes consist of
capers, red onion, and fresh dill. Served with lettuce and

A savory custard of lobster, thyme, roasted corn cut off the
cob, roasted red pepper and asparagus, served in a flaky pastry shell

Sautéed wild mushroom with garlic, shallots and brandy,

a puffy pastry shell with melted fresh mozzarella
