Our luscious Gardens feature a running stream surrounded by majestic oak trees and provide the ideal location for that special event or ceremony.
Our Patio is adjacent to the beautiful gardens and also provides an ideal garden atmosphere for smaller receptions and events. 
 

The historic Ballroom has been fully restored to its turn-of-the-century grandeur.  Built in l891 this building was the only structure to survive the tragic fire that destroyed the Hotel el Paso de Robles in l941.  This elegant dining room featured its original white oak floors, high-beamed ceilings, and original  light fixtures...plus rich, velvet drapes, beautiful wooden chairs, and sophisticated place settings. 
 

 The Matador room is located upstairs, adjacent to the Cattleman's Lounge.  Stairs are the only access to this private room (892.5 sq. feet).
The Paderewski Room is located inside the main dining room area and feature a view of the gardens ( 250 sq. feet).
 

 
The Ballroom Lobby features one of famed pianist Ignace Paderewski's pianos (rescued from the fire) and a grand staircase leading to and from the 12 deluxe spa rooms above.  The Ballroom will accommodate 250 guests.
