Claude and Chantal, the former owners of "Paris Restaurant" in
downtown Paso Robles, are now starting on a new adventure as owners
of Safran.
The goal of Safran is to bring the pleasure of a restaurant to your
home for a brunch, lunch, dinner or any event, by the accomplished
Chef Claude and wife Chantal.

You have the option to order your
dinner, and it will be delivered just in time!
Chef Claude will come to your house for a brief meeting to meet you,
determine food preference, and budget. A menu will be sent to
you for requested changes and approval.
The day of the event, Claude will bring his own supplies, fresh food
and fine dinnerware, if necessary, Chantal will take care of the
service, and before leaving, they will clean up your kitchen!

Chef Claude uses the freshest
seasonal California Central Coast ingredients combined with a French
Flair to present to you memorable meals that have earned Chef Claude
renown.
There are some wonderful selections for Box Lunches to order.
Whether it is a hors-d'oeuvre party, winery dinner, corporate dinner,
lunch or picnic, Chef Claude and Chantal let you relax and enjoy
your event with good taste and food!
