Built in 1886 by the Founder of Templeton, our Inn is now a designated Historic Site.  We have lovingly restored this old Victorian home and look forward to sharing the gracious living of a bygone era with you.
Surrounded by elegant lawns and beautiful flowers, our Inn boasts five gracious bedrooms.  Terry-cloth robes are provided for your comfort and convenience.  The main area features two fireplaces in spacious rooms, perfect for relaxing or meeting with friends.  
Room rates are so reasonable....ranging from $135 to $150 a night.
 

A delicious gourmet breakfast is served daily in the Dining Room or on the Porch
 

Brookfield
(Carriage House)
This room envisions old-world charm.  There is a Queen bed, with an antique rosewood dresser and mirror adding to the ambiance.  There is a small porch at the entrance with wicker chairs and a private brick patio in the back.  A private bath with tub/shower adds to your comfort.
 

Chelsea Gardens
(Carriage House)
A small front porch opens to a romantic room with a queen bed which is a favorite for honeymooners.  Also has a French door that opens to a private bath with a tub/shower.
 

Scarborough
 Featured in this room is a fireplace and king bed with brass headboard.  Brick steps lead up to the porch and private entrance overlooking the front lawn where a game of croquet is frequently in progress.  Lace-covered double French doors lead to a private bath with clawfoot tub and shower.
 

Monet Suite
Located on the second floor at the top of a curved stairway, this open and airy room features a queen bed and a separate sitting room with a daybed that can accommodate an extra person.  An antique wicker sofa is nestled in the bay window and a ceiling fan overhead adds to your comfort.  A private bath is included with a claw-foot tub/shower and pedestal sink.
 


Garden View
Once a formal parlor, this large room now has a king bed and antique armoire with beveled edge mirror.  A window seat is perfect for reading a book or sipping a cup of tea, and a French door opens to a private porch looking out to the back garden.  Has a private bath with claw-foot tub and pedestal sink/shower.
