Locally Owned and Operated by
Donovan Schmit and Troy Larkin
Local restaurateurs ( and cousins)
Donovan and Troy opened the doors to
The Crooked Kilt Pub &
Grill
in March, 2006
This was previously Busi's, and Donovan and Troy did some great
remodeling and have still kept a feel to the historic building itself which
has been in Paso for years. Donovan and Troy have gone "back
to their roots" with the opening of The Crooked Kilt.
Pappy McGregor Schmit, the Larkin's great-grandfather, built
bars in Ireland.
The reworked interior, with open beam ceilings, exposed brick walls
and tall stately tables are a blend of Irish pub and contemporary
decor.
