Our menu changes weekly depending on the season and the availability of our ingredients.
We work with local providers for our proteins:
local, natural and grass-fed livestock for our beef, lamb and free-range poultry.  Our fish is fresh from local fisheries and providers. Our bread is made exclusively by in-town bakers who are celebrated artisans of their trade.
