49er Breakfast
Two eggs scrambled with ham, onions, diced potatoes, tomato, bell pepper and cheddar cheese. Served with one Biscuit and gravy.

Country Sausage
Two eggs, sausage, onions, mushrooms, potatoes, and cheddar cheese.  Served with toast.


Egg Vic Muffin!
English muffin, one egg, bacon, ham or sausage, and cheese.  Served with hash browns.
